Alexandra Gee
Alex is an Associate Director at Project Associates. She specialises in advising clients on media strategy and communications. Alex was previously based in Doha, Qatar for five years where she was part of the team that set up the news channel Al Jazeera English. She has extensive experience of working in the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to working for Al Jazeera English, Alex worked for CNN International, the UK's ITV and Channel Four News and Al Arabiya.

Background
Alex has a Masters Degree (with Merit) in International Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a 2:1 BA (hons) Degree from University College London. As part of her academic studies she undertook research in collaboration with the University of Queensland and L'Universite Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France. She has also completed an internship with the United Nations in Geneva.
